The FIIs (Foreign Institutional Investors) generally invest in stocks after conducting thorough research and analysis. So, their market activities are closely watched and understood by retail investors so that they can allocate their funds effectively in equities. As the December quarter came to an end, it was crucial for retail investors to know what the FII activities were in the last quarter, because it helps them rearrange their portfolios.

Reports say FIIs have significantly reduced their stakes in 12 small-cap stocks in the last two quarters. This shift has resulted in more than a 25% fall in these stocks. A look at these stocks:
Blue Jet Healthcare
The stock witnessed a plunge of 43% in FY 2026, leading FIIs to cut their shareholding from 1.83% in June 2025 to 1.14% in December 2025.
PG Electroplast
The stock fell by 35% from Rs.917 to Rs.597 in FY 26, and FIIs reduced their shareholding from 13.02% in March 2025 to 11.45% in June 2025 and further to 10.59% in December 2025.
JTL Industries Ltd
Shares of JTL Industries dipped 32% in FY 2026 from Rs.76 to Rs. 52. Consequently, FII holding in the stock has decreased from 4.44% in March 2025 to 3.34% in December 2025.
Five-Star Business Finance
The stock saw a correction of 30% in FY 2026, decreasing from Rs. 723 to Rs. 508. The decline has led FIIs to reduce their holdings from 58.13% in March 2025 to 52.95% in December 2025.
CMS Info Systems
Shares of CMS Info Systems fell 27% in FY 2026, with FIIs reducing holdings from 36.96% in March 2025 to 28.02% in December 2025.
Tarson Products
The stock plummeted 27% in FY 2026, dipping from Rs.302 to Rs.220. FII cut their holdings from 9.14% in March 2025 to 2.46% in December 2025.
Agarwal Industrial Corporation
The stock saw a fall of 26% in FY 2026 from Rs.974 to Rs.718. FIIs reduced their stake from 6.04% in March 2025 to 5.05% in December 2025.
AYM Syntex
The share price has dipped 26% in FY 2026, declining from Rs. 200 to Rs. 164, with FIIs reducing their stake from 3.81% in June 2025 to 3.16% in December 2025.
Kamadhenu
Shares fell 24% in FY 2026, slipping from Rs. 30 to Rs. 22, and FIIs cut their stakes from 5.12% in March 2025 to 2.52% in December 2025.
Simplex Infrastructures
The stock price has fallen 22% in FY 2026, slipping from Rs.322 to Rs.251. FIIs reduced their stake from 0.60% in March 2025 to 0.38% in December 2025.
Electronics Mart India
Shares of Electronics Mart India fell 22% in FY 2026. It saw a fall from Rs. 122 to Rs. 96. FIIs reduced their holding from 7.18% in March 2025 to 6.15% in December 2025.
Bhansali Engineers Polymers
The stock saw a decline of 21% in FY 2026. It has declined from Rs. 109 to Rs. 86. FIIs reduced shareholding from 1.42% in June 2025 to 1.13% in December 2025.
