The board of directors of the leading Navratna CPSE (Central Public Sector Enterprises) stated in the BSE filing, "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has, inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2022. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared first interim dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2022-23."
As informed earlier, Record date for the payment of first interim dividend will be Monday, the 21st November, 2022.
2. HAL Q2 Results
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd on a consolidated basis announced net sales at Rs 5144 cr in Q2 FY 2023 compared to Rs 3622 cr in Q1 FY 2023, and Rs 5552 cr in Q2 FY 2022, indicating a QoQ surge of 42% and a YoY dip of 7%. The company announced a net profit of Rs 1221 cr in Q2 FY 2023 compared to Rs 620 cr in Q1 FY 2023 and 846 cr in Q2 FY 2022, highlighting a QoQ surge of 96% and a YoY rise of 44%.
