"In continuation to our intimation dated February 10, 2025 regarding the recommendation of payment of Final Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution passed today (at 09:42 A.M.) fixed Friday, April 4, 2025 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of Equity Shareholders entitled for receipt of Final Dividend of Rs.0.50/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2024," said Varun Beverages in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.

"The Final Dividend once approved by Equity Shareholders of the Company at their 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled on Thursday, April 3, 2025, will be paid on and from Monday, April 7, 2025 to those shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, April 4, 2025," Varun Beverages informed stock exchanges on 25th March.

"The Shareholders of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on April 3, 2024 approved Final dividend of Rs 1.25 per Equity Share (face value of Rs 5/- per Equity Share) for the Financial Year 2023 to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company. During the year under review, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 30, 2024 declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.25 per Equity Share (face value of Rs 5/- per Equity Share) to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company. Further, the Board of Directors have also recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per Equity Share (face value of Rs 2/- per Equity Share) for the Financial Year 2024. Total cash outflow for dividend payout would be Rs 3,315.06 million for the Financial Year 2024," Varun Beverages highlighted in its annual report.

"Varun Beverages is currently trading near its major support zone of 500-515, where it is expected to witness a rebound. The stock is undergoing a retest, and with RSI (14) at 51, the trend remains positive. If buying momentum picks up, the stock can move towards 550-570 levels in the near term. Investors should maintain a strict stop loss at 500 while holding their positions, as a recovery from lower levels is anticipated," recommended Riyank Arora, Technical Analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
"Varun Beverages stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 552. A Daily close below support of 512 could lead to a target of 470 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
