ICICI Bank's new product 'Express Home Loan is a facility for salaried customers to avail sanction within 8 working hours by applying online.

Customers can apply online and avail sanction without visiting ICICI Bank Branch or meeting ICICI Bank Sales Executive.

As of now, ICICI Bank is offering interest rates at 9.55 per cent and for women borrowers it is 9.50 per cent.

Aspirant home loan borrowers can avail the facility of getting their final sanction online within eight working hours in four simple steps:

• Visit the bank site
• Provide basic personal details
• Check the home loan offer on the site
• Fill the online application form
• Upload KYC and income documents online

• Signature verification document

An applicant can avail home loans for under construction projects to get subsequent disbursements through the Bank's 'iLoans' application by following the below steps. It is available for Android & iOS phones and can be downloaded from Play Store or App Store.
Process

Step 1 - Download and install
Visit Google Play Store/ iPhone App store
Download iLoans
Activate the app with 4-digit MPIN for login

Step 2 - Upload documents
Select Home Loan account
Select 'Disbursement request' on the iLoan menu
Enter requisite details
Upload documents (Builder demand letter, own contribution receipt, Bank statement)

Step 3 - Disbursement
Submit for disbursement
Details of disbursement communication sent

Once the documents are uploaded, the Bank assesses the request and delivers the disbursal cheque to the customer. Customers can also track the status of their applications through the app itself.

All you need to do is download 'iLoan' app, scan and upload the demand letter from builder and proof of own contribution.
