Alkem Laboratories:
The mid cap pharma company is a generic and specialty pharma company. The company has a predominant position across acute as well as chronic therapeutic areas such as the Central Nervous System, Gastro-intestinal, Anti-diabetic, Anti-osteoporosis, Anti-malarial, Cardiovascular, Immunosuppressants, and Nutraceutical segments, Alkem leads the Indian market in the Anti-infective and Pain Management segments.
The company at its meet held on February 4, 2022 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 30 per share. In the filing, the company confirmed that the dividend payment date shall be on and from February 24, 2022 while the stock traded ex-dividend from February 10, 2022. The stock today closed at a price of Rs. 3500.55 per share.
NMDC:
The state run mining entity has on February 8 announced that the interim dividend of Rs. 5.73 per shall be paid to those eligible shareholders who have the shares in their demat account as on February 18, 2022. The dividend yield for the scrip at the current price of Rs. 159.3 per share means a return of 3.59%.
As per rules, the dividend has to be paid within 30 days from the date of approval and eligible shareholders get the dividend amount before this date.
NMDC is a mid cap GOI entity that is also the largest iron ore producer of the country. The company under the Ministry of Steel is actively involved in the exploration of a host of minerals such as copper, rock phosphate, limestone, magnesite, diamond, tungsten and beach sands amongst others in some of the most remote corners of the country.
CAMS:
The technology driven financial infra company provides services to financial entities including mutual funds. The company in its board meet today declared an interim dividend for Fy 22 of Rs. 10.75 per share. The company in the BSE filing said that the expected date of disbursement of the dividend will be on or before February 25, 2022.
Alongside, the company also revealed its quarterly results with profit for the December quarter at Rs. 7731 crore, while during the previous quarter it was last placed at Rs. 7255.84 crore.
