The split date or ex-split date for the bearing stock is February 8 and the share will be split from the earlier FV of Rs. 10 to new FV of Rs. 2. Shree Ganesh Biotech (India) Limited is a Kolkata based Company mainly engaged in the trading of seeds and bhushi. The company is mainly into the business of production, processing and marketing of high quality hybrid seeds for different crops like corn, sunflower, cotton, paddy, grain sorghum, etc.

The company has divided the existing FV of Rs. 10 to Rs. 1. Last the stock in the pre-opening trade on February 3, 2022 traded higher at Rs. 134.95 per share.

3. Bhatia Communications and Retail:

The company has announced split in its face value to Rs. 1 per share. The stock in trade today has hit 52-week high price of Rs. 266.85 per share.

Here interesting fact is that the investment value and market capitalisation of the stock remains the same even after the stock split. But investors should look out for the scenario that they if they hold a particular scrip which has announced for a split i.e. say may be in the ratio of 1:2 then for 1 share held by the shareholder, post the split here holding in the scrip shall become 2.
