Cyient Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Cyient issued as on June 13, 2024, "This is to inform that 21 June 2024 is fixed as the cut-off date for the purpose of final dividend and evoting in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 1 July 2024. It is further informed that the board of directors of the company have recommended a Final dividend of Rs 18.00 per equity share (360%) on par value of Rs 5.00 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2024 to those members as on record date (21 June 2024) subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM."
