Tata Group hotel sector stock, Benares Hotels Ltd today declared its results for the 4th quarter and full year ending March 31, 2024. The small cap company declared its profit after tax (PAT) for Q4 FY 2023-24 at Rs 11.6 crore, up 52.6% as compared to Rs 7.6 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. The company also recommended final dividend of Rs 25 per share as compared to Rs 20/share declared last year.
The last trading price of Benares Hotels share on BSE is Rs 8961.95 per share with intraday gain of 1.27%. Benares Hotels shares gave attractive return of 141% in last one-year only.

Benares Hotels Recommends Final Dividend: As per the regulatory filing of Benares Hotels dated April 19, 2024, "Recommended a dividend @ 250 % i.e., Rs. 25/- per share on 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (previous year @200% i.e., Rs. 20/- per Equity Share), subject to approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company."
Benares Hotels Q4 Results: The Tata Group company announced its Q4 FY 2023-24 revenue at Rs 36.6 crore, up 30.71% as compared to Rs 28.0 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year. It announced its EBITDA for the quarter under consideration at Rs 16.9 crore, up 44.44% from Rs 11.7 crore announced in Q4 of FY 2022-23.
Dr. Anant Narain Singh, Chairman, Benares Hotels Limited (BHL) said, "BHL reported a year on year growth of 31% in total revenue crossing the milestone of hundred crores at INR 124 crores, a first in the company's history. This performance was led by a 27% growth in average room rates resulting in a record EBITDA margin of 44%, a year on year expansion of 400 basis points."
He added, "The construction of the new tower wing at Taj Ganges with 100 additional rooms is well underway and is expected to be operational in October 2025."
