Gopal Snacks To Consider Financial Results, Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of Gopal Snacks dated September 20, 2024, "we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, 14 th October 2024 to have inter-alia consider and approve the following businesses:
1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30 th September 2024 along with Limited Review Report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
2. Declaration and payment of 1st Interim Dividend of FY2024-25, if any.

The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid Interim dividend shall be 22nd October 2024, subject to the approval of the Interim dividend by the Board of Directors.

CFF Fluid Control Ltd Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the regulatory filing of CFF Fluid dated September 19, 2024, "Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024."

The final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30th, 2024 through VC/ OVAM. Further the payment of such dividend will be subject to deduction of tax at source, added the exchange filing.
