The website will take you to a new page. The new window will ask you to enter all your basic personal details such as name, status, religion, etc. While entering the mobile number, make sure that you are entering the same mobile number which you entered on your form while applying for your PAN card. Step 3

Step 4

If you have more than one PAN number registered with your details, a notice will pop up in the window. The notice shows "There are multiple records for this query. Please provide additional information." You may need to provide some extra details such as fathers name, address, etc. Enter this data.

Step 5
