On Wednesday the EPFO body has introduced a new portal for facilitating pensioners view their account details online. So without much hassle, pensioners in India will be able to track most of the pension details such as KYC related details, pension payment order number, payment order details, passbook information etc.

Here's detailed complete step by step procedure to find out your pension details:

1. Visit the link mis.epfindia.gov.in/PensionPaymentEnquiry or you can go to the EPFO portal and on the left side there is a link for ' Pensioners portal' under online services section.

2. Here in to get all the services rendered pertaining to your pension account, you will be asked to provide your Jeevan Pramaan ID. The services provided under the portal include Know your PPO number, PPO enquiry, payment enquiry, pension status enquiry and jeevan praman enquiry.

The pensioner individual can also extract details such as the date of credit of pension and can also know the status of life certificate submitted by them. An individual will also be able to know why his or her pension has been stopped.

On the sidelines, the pension fund body also introduced a service called ' Track eKYC' to enable individuals know their aadhaar UAN linking status. Using the facility, users will also be able to know about any mismatch in details.
