Aadhaar Mitra Launched: Everything You Should Know About It

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) few days back launched its new AI/ML based chatbot aimed to assist citizens with their Aadhaar related queries. Popularly Known as "Aadhaar Mitra", it seeks to reply to citizens' queries and improve their overall experience.

The Chatbot is equipped with vital additional features such as locate Aadhaar Center, Check Aadhaar Enrolment/ Update status, Check PVC Card Order status, File a Complaint, Check Complaint Status, Locate Enrolment Center, Book an Appointment and Video Frame Integration. It is worth mentioning that "Aadhaar Mitra" is available in both English and Hindi language.

The UIDAI official Twitter handle also announced the launch of Aadhaar Mitra with the following Tweet given below:

In the Tweet, UIDAI also provided a QR code that citizens of India can scan in order to take a look at new Aadhaar Mitra AI. The QR code contains the link to UIDAI's official website residents will find AI chatbot-Aadhaar Mitra live.

Citizens can access this feature at the bottom right of the UIDAI website.

Here is how to use Aadhaar Mitra:

  • Visit www.uidai.gov.in
  • You will notice Aadhaar Mitra icon seen at the bottom right corner of the UIDAI website
  • When you click on the Aadhaar Mitra icon, a chatbot will open
  • Select query and process to send
  • You may ask any particular question in the search box or just click on the suggested query option available at the top

What All You May Ask from Aadhaar Chatbot?
Aadhaar Chatbot is well trained to answer queries on Aadhaar related topics, provide information about Locate Aadhaar Center, Check Aadhaar Enrolment/ Update status, Check PVC Card Order status, File a Complaint, Check Complaint status, Locate Enrolment Center, Book An Appointment. Resident can simply type his query in Chatbot and get the desired answers immediately, as per the UIDAI website.
