How to Check the Status of an SBI Credit Card Application Online?
Customers can apply for credit cards and follow the status of their applications through SBI's platform. With over 5 million consumers using these services, SBI offers a selection of credit cards tailored to fulfil a variety of purposes, including travel, retail, and leisure.
- visit https://www.sbicard.com and select the 'Credit Cards' tab from the navigation bar.
- Click on 'Track Application' option
- Fill in the 'Track Application' box if you have your application number. Alternatively, enter 'Retrieve Application.'
- Enter the application number and click 'Track.'
- If you want to retrieve your application, enter your date of birth and PAN number. After entering the information, click the 'Retrieve' button.
- Your status will be displayed on the screen, and it could be in progress, on hold, approved, despatched, or rejected.
What is the sbi credit card status result?
In Progress: Your application is still being processed, and the bank may require additional time to complete it.
Approved- Your credit card application has been approved, and you will receive your card shortly.
Dispatched- Once authorised, your card will be dispatched, and you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time. At the time of delivery, you must be present at the address and produce one original identification proof.
On-Hold: Your application has been placed on hold for a variety of reasons, including failed document verification or an incomplete application. The bank may send you a message or call.
Disapproved: Your application may be denied if you do not meet the bank's eligibility requirements. You can contact SBI customer service to find out why. According to SBI guidelines, you are eligible to reapply after three months, except in extreme circumstances when you may be unable to apply for a longer period of time.
