The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed many lives around the world and poses an unprecedented danger to public health, food systems, and workplace safety.
The Unique Identification Authority of India allows you to reschedule or cancel your Aadhaar Enrolment online appointment. The UIDAI website provides this service.
If you are unable to visit the center on the scheduled date, you have the option to change the time. You can cancel an appointment if you change your mind about having an Aadhaar Card or want to arrange it at a different place.
How to Reschedule Your Appointment?
To reschedule your aadhaar card appointment online, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit the official website appointments.uidai.gov.in.
Step 2: Under My Aadhaar, Click on the "book an appointment" option
Step 3: Select City
Step 4: Enter the phone number or email address
Step 5: Enter the captcha code
Step 6: Click on the 'Send OTP'
Step 7: Your appointment ID will be displayed
From the drop-down menu, select "booking details."
Step 8: Select the 'Yes' choice for the pop-up "Do you want to reschedule?"
Step 9: Click on the 'book appointment' option
Step 10: Select a new date
Step 11: Click on Submit and Click Confirm.
Your new appointment letter will now be shown on this list. After you've downloaded the message, and better to take a printout of it.
Carry this letter to your Aadhaar center appointment. This letter may also provide a reference to the relevant text.
How to Cancel Aadhaar card Appointment?
Step 1: Visit the official Aadhar Appointment Cancellation Page.
Step 2: Enter your Token ID
Step 3: Enter Mobile Number
Step 4: Click on the Cancel Appointment
Your Aadhar Enrollment will be cancelled as soon as you press Cancel Appointment. You will also receive an SMS notification indicating that the appointment scheduled under that token id has been cancelled.
Simply dial 1947 from your smartphone or landline to find your nearest Aadhaar Kendra. You may obtain information such as the addresses of authorized centers in the region. The mAadhaar app can also help you find an Aadhaar Center.
Aadhaar Service Charges:
Charges for Aadhaar Services at ASK UIDAI have established the fees that residents must pay in order to obtain Aadhaar services at any Aadhaar Seva Kendra. They are:
Aadhaar Enrolment: FREE
Mandatory Biometric update for kids between age 5 -15 years: FREE
Biometric update with or without Demographic Update*: Rs 100
Only Demographic update* by residents: Rs. 50
Download Aadhaar & Coloured Print: Rs. 30
