The government has made it mandatory to link various schemes and other instruments to Aadhaar. By visiting the UIDAI website, you can now check your Aadhaar authentication history. Using this method, you can ensure that all Aadhaar-related actions are initiated by you and that no one else has requested Aadhaar authentication on your behalf. If you come across a transaction that you did not initiate, notify UIDAI as soon as possible. Any change or update to an Aadhaar card is recorded in the UIDAI database as an Update Request Number. This saved data can be further analysed to obtain a complete picture of all Aadhaar-related activities and locations where it has been used for authentication.
