Fees for paying taxes through the income tax portal
In contrast to the zero fees for depositing taxes through the NSDL website, there may be fees for depositing taxes through the e-filing income tax portal. However, the fees will be levied based on the option you select. There are no fees if you deposit taxes using one of the three authorised net banking options. Similarly, there will be no additional charges if you pay your taxes with a debit card or at a bank counter of an authorised bank.
