Members of Netflix in India can now pay for their monthly streaming service subscriptions automatically. According to the survey, moving to AutoPay allows Indian customers to have their payments deducted automatically from their Unified Payments Interface (UPI) account. Customers who use Netflix.com as well as Android users will be able to use the new payment option, according to report.
Netflix subscribers in India now have access to UPI autopay. Customers can now use their Unified Payments Interface AutoPay to pay for their Netflix membership on a monthly basis.

Starting August 31, anyone registering up for a Netflix account in India will be able to pay for their monthly membership using Unified Payments Interface (UPI) AutoPay, according to Netflix.
In the United States, autopay options for streaming subscription services like Netflix are commonplace. According to a March survey, the worldwide subscription market is expected to reach $228 billion in 2021, up from $174 billion the previous year. The market is anticipated to reach $481 billion by 2025.
Existing users in India can also convert to UPI AutoPay by heading to their Account area and selecting Billing Details (on a browser, or through the Android app).
How to set up UPI autopay on Netflix?
Step 1: Visit Netflix India's website
Step 2: Go to Profile
Step 3: Click on the Account section
Step 4: It will redirect to Netlix.com/youraccount
Step 5: Click on Manage Payment Info
Step 6: Click on Change Payment Method
Step 7: UPI AutoPay, a new option, will be accessible.
Prior to the UPI launch, Netflix India's payment options were limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club credit and debit cards.
Because this is UPI Autopay, you didn't have to think about making the payment manually every month. With India's central bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), expected to enforce new rules on recurring transactions on October 1 and card data storage on January 1, 2022, Netflix may be ahead of the curve here. Netflix's announcement, however, made no mention of the RBI's restrictions.
How can Netflix users sign up for the UPI AutoPay feature?
Step 1: The first step is to register with an email address. You can get into your Netflix account using the email address.
Step 2: Select a plan from a list of options. If you sign up through your online browser, you have the option of paying Rs 499, Rs 699, or Rs 799.
Step 3:Setup a payment method.
Step 4: To make a payment, enter your UPI account information.
Once you finish Paytm or UPI account number, you will never miss out on your favourite shows or movies this way. UPI AutoPay is a new way to pay with UPI that will automatically charge you each month.
