What is mAadhaar App?
The mAadhaar App is the official Aadhaar app launched by UIDAI to allow Aadhaar card holders to carry their demographic data and photographs with them on their smartphones. A person with an Aadhaar card can add his profile to the app and access it whenever and wherever he wants. The app allows you to create up to five Aadhaar profiles. The app is well protected by the security password that the user must enter each time the app is launched.

How to download mAadhaar app?
Both the iOS and Android versions of the mAadhaar app are available. Simply follow these steps to download and install the mAadhaar app on your smartphone:
- Go to Google Play or the App Store (https://goo.gl/WuSCCQ).
- Choose the Install option.
- Give the app the permissions it requires.
- Your phone will be downloaded with the app.
- For your app, create a 4-digit numeric password. This password is required every time you access the app. Even if your phone is stolen, the password ensures that your Aadhaar data is not compromised.

How to add profile in mAadhaar App?
- Go to the mAadhaar app.
- Select 'Register My Aadhaar'.
- Enter the password, which should be four digits long.
- Simply enter your Aadhaar number or scan the QR code on your Aadhaar card, along with the captcha code, and then click on the "Request OTP" button.
- To complete the registration process, enter the OTP that you were given and click the "Verify" button.
- After you submit, your profile will be added to the mAadhaar app.
