Punjab National Bank has asked its customers to complete the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process by Friday, August 8, to avoid any trouble using bank facilities. Missing the PNB KYC Deadline may lead to problems related to account functioning.
The process is mandatory for those PNB account holders whose KYC is pending as of June 30, 2025, reported PTI citing PNB's statement. PNB KYC is a regular process and customers are required to complete the process regularly.

As per PNB's official statement, customers are required to complete the KYC before Friday, August 8.
How To Complete PNB KYC?
To complete their KYC, PNB customers are required to visit their home branch office or any other branch with the mandatory documents.
They are required to take necessary documents like identity proof, address proof, recent photo, PAN/Form 60, income proof, mobile number (if not available) or any other KYC information at any branch. The KYC can also be completed by sending documents and KYC form via registered e-mail/post to the base branch before deadline
How To Complete PNB KYC Online?
PNB KYC can be completed through PNB One/Internet Banking Services (IBS) process. Here is full step guide to complete PNB KYC through PNB One App.
-Download and install the PNB One application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
-Open the application and login with your credentials.
-PNB customers are now required to go to the KYC update option in the application.
-Check the status of your KYC. If it is showing pending, then you are required to update your KYC.
-Tap on 'Update KYC'.
-Verify your identity through the OTP-based Aadhaar verification process.
-Enter your Aadhaar-linked phone number, and select the option to send OTP.
-Enter the OTP you have received on your registered mobile number.
How to Complete PNB KYC Offline?
-Visit your nearest PNB branch.
-Submit the photocopies of your identification documents.
-Fill the KYC form.
-Provide other additional details.
-Submit the form with supporting documents.
Documents Required For PNB KYC
Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence can be used for identity proof. Aadhaar, electricity bill, telephone bill, ration card or rent agreement are used for address proof. Passport size photo, PAN Card (original and photocopy). PNB customers may also require to give additional documents like payment order (PPO) for pensioners, etc.
