First of all, submit your complaint at https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/.
Register your complaint.
Raise a complaint or request under personal segment/individual customer and general banking for branch-related categories.
You can also file your complaint by reaching the contact center at the following toll-free numbers: 1800 1234, 1800 2100, 1800 11 2211, 1800 425 3800, or 080-26599990.

SBI has multiple options for customers to file any type of complaint:

In case you want to open an account in the State Bank Of India (SBI), follow these steps:
Visit the nearest State Bank of India (SBI) branch.
Ask the bank executive for an account opening form.
Check that all of the fields have been entered and are correct. The information on the application form should match what is on the KYC documents that were provided.
Customers must now pay an initial deposit of ₹1,000.
As soon as the bank completes the verification process, the account holder will receive a complimentary passbook and chequebook.
Additionaly, SBI has reintroduced the 'SBI Insta Saving Bank Account' for customers who want to register an online account through the Yono platform. 'SBI Insta Saving Bank Account' will provide a complete seamless, paperless, and instant digital savings account opening experience.
Customers can open an SBI Insta Savings Bank Account by downloading the YONO app and entering their PAN and Aadhaar credentials. Following that, you will receive a one-time password (OTP). Submit the OTP and fill out the other required information.
Once the process is completed, the account holder's account will be activated quickly, allowing him or her to begin transacting immediately. Customers will have the option to upgrade to complete KYC by visiting their nearest SBI branch within one year.
