What is SBI FASTag?
FASTag is a radio frequency identification (RFID) vehicle windscreen sticker. In other words, FASTags are prepaid rechargeable toll collection tags. FASTags have no expiration date and can be used indefinitely as long as they are not tampered with and can be read at toll booths.

Where can customers open their account?
Customers can open account in two categories:
Limited KYC holder's account
This SBI FASTag account cannot hold more than Rs. 10,000.
The monthly reload limit is also Rs. 10,000.
Full KYC Holders account
This SBI FASTag account cannot hold more than Rs. 1 lakh.
This account has no monthly reload limit.

What is the validity of SBI FASTag?
The physical tag has a 5-year validity period, and after purchase, the customer only needs to recharge/top up the tag based on usage.
What if I recharged the FASTag but the funds are not credited to my SBI FASTag Account?
If the customer recharged the Tag and the amount was debited from his/her account but not credited to his/her FASTag account, the customer can file a complaint at https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf This link can also be found on the SBI FASTag web portal at https://fastag.onlinesbi.com/ under support and Helpline number.
Can a vehicle have multiple FASTags?
A single FASTag issued by a bank is typically assigned to a single vehicle. If a vehicle user is dissatisfied with the service provided by a bank, he or she can obtain a new FASTag as long as the previous tag has not been blacklisted by the bank for various reasons such as non-payment of tolls, etc.
