State Bank of India (SBI) has provided two customer care numbers that will support emergency banking services, according to the bank. SBI has provided two toll-free contact numbers in order to offer contactless services to its customers as they are finding it difficult to access local branches for banking services as the number of COVID-19 cases are in upside and lockdowns are declared in some locations. Concerning the same, SBI has recently tweeted that "Stay safe at home, we are there to serve you. SBI provides you a contactless service that will help you with your urgent banking needs. Call our toll-free number 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800".

Customers of SBI can use their registered mobile number to access a variety of services. Customers of SBI can verify their account balance by dialling toll-free numbers 1800 112 211 and 1800 425 3800. They can also use IVR to verify the last five transactions, request for blocking and re-issuance of ATM card, generate ATM or Green PIN via these customer care numbers.
