Bazel International Limited, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), has received in-principle approval from Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for the proposed issuance and allotment of bonus equity shares, marking a key corporate action aimed at rewarding shareholders and improving stock liquidity.

As part of the bonus issue process, Bazel International's Board of Directors has revised the record date for determining shareholder eligibility. The record date has been shifted from Friday, February 13, 2026, to Thursday, February 19, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the company's records as of this date will be eligible to receive the bonus shares.

The allotment of bonus equity shares is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 20, 2026.
The board has approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, meaning shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 10 for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 held by them. The bonus shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares in all respects, including dividend entitlement and voting rights.
In its stock exchange filing, the company stated. "This is to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, 13th February 2026 for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., one (1) bonus equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for every one (1) fully paid-up equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each ranking pari-passu in all respects."
