Dividend Details for February 18 Ex-Date

Among the major ex-dividend stocks this week, pharmaceutical major Torrent Pharma has announced an interim dividend of Rs. 29 per share around 580% on face value Rs. 5, with record date February 19 and ex-date February 18.

Oil India will pay an interim dividend of Rs. 7 per share which is 70% on face value Rs. 10 with both record date and ex-date on February 18.
State-run energy giant ONGC has approved a second interim dividend of Rs. 6.25 per share about 125% on face value Rs. 5, with record date February 18 for FY26 payout eligibility.

Defence PSU HAL has also declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 35 per share or 700% on face value Rs. 5 during its Q3FY26 results, also fixing February 18 as the record date.

Bazel International 1:1 Bonus Share Record Date

Apart from dividends, bonus share news is also drawing attention. Bazel International has revised the record date for its 1:1 bonus issue to February 19, 2026, instead of the earlier February 13 timeline.

This means Shareholders holding stock before the ex-bonus date will receive 1 bonus share for every 1 share held. Bonus allotment is expected shortly after the record date.
