Pidilite Special Dividend: Check Cash Payout and Record Date
In addition to the bonus shares, the board has also approved a special dividend payout of Rs 10 per share, further rewarding shareholders. The record date for this special dividend has been set for August 13, 2025, with the dividend expected to be paid out by August 29, 2025.
Pidilite has been consistent in rewarding shareholders in recent years, having distributed dividends of Rs 20 per share in 2025, Rs 16 in 2024 and Rs 11 in 2023. Notably, in 2018, the company also conducted a buyback of its equity shares at Rs 1,000 per share, demonstrating its strong capital return policy.

Pidilite also reported its June quarter financial results, which surpassed market expectations. The company posted a net profit of Rs 678 crore, representing a robust 18.7% year-on-year growth. Revenue, EBITDA, and margins all came in higher than analyst estimates, signaling strong operational performance amid favorable market conditions.
