IFGL Refractories Ltd. is a multinational producer and supplier of operating systems and specialty refractories for the iron and steel sector. The firm has several manufacturing facilities in Asia, Europe, and North America and is well-known across the world. It is supported by the S.K. For the purpose of its upcoming bonus issue of 1:1, the Board has revised the record date post which the stock ended 3.88% higher on the BSE at Rs 523.05 per share with a market cap of Rs 1,885.04 Cr on BSE on Friday, 29th June.

The Board of Directors "recommended issue of Bonus Equity Shares, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and others, as may be necessary in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 fully paid up equity share held. For this purpose, the Board approved draft of Postal Ballot Notice and also fixed Friday, 30th May, 2025 as the Record Date to determine Members of the Company eligible to vote on the related Ordinary Resolution during Friday, 6th June, 2025 to Saturday, 5th July, 2025 being e-voting period," IFGL Refractories had informed stock exchanges on 24th May.
IFGL Refractories New Record Date For Bonus Issue
"Further to our letters dated 24th May, 2025 and 3rd June, 2025, kindly be informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 18th July, 2025 as the Record Date to determine Members of the Company eligible for Bonus Equity Shares of the Company. Furthermore, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated 16th September, 2024, deemed date of allotment of Bonus Shares will be Monday, 21st July, 2025 and Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on next working day following allotment date i.e. on Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025," IFGL Refractories said in a regulatory filing on 26th June.
Trading Window To Close From July 1, 2025 Ahead of Q1FY26 Results
"Kindly be informed that "Trading Window" will be closed on and from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and would open 48 hours after unaudited financial results both on standalone and consolidated basis, of the Company for quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 will be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and said results will become available to the public inasmuch as disclosed/transmitted to the Stock Exchanges," IFGL Refractories confirmed in a stock exchange filing.
IFGL Refractories Share Price Target
"IFGL Refractories stock price is bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 495. A Daily close above resistance of 528 could lead to a target of 565 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, independent research analyst.
