1:2 Bonus Issue: Navratna PSU Stock NBCC Falls 5.5% In 5 Days, Big Order Update; Is It Undervalued? BUY/SELL

Navratna PSU company, NBCC witnessed a bearish trading week from October 14-18, falling by at least 5.5% on BSE. The selloff comes despite the consistency in new order wins by the company. NBCC recently turned ex-bonus for its bonus shares of 1:2. Is NBCC undervalued and what should investors do?

At the latest, NBCC won works amounting Rs. 25.25 crore (approx.) by KASEZ Authority. Earlier, on October 10, NBCC won orders worth Rs 198 crore for Designing, Supplying, Installation, and Rooftop Solar System in the Bokaro Steel Plant at Bokaro Jharkhand.

Also, this followed yet another big order of Rs 1,000 crore through its subsidiary, Hindustan Steelworks Construction. The order includes Campus Development of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
