Mrs Bectors Food Specialities shares closed 1.19% lower at Rs 1,274 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 7,826.11 crore on Thursday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 1291 per share and an intraday low of Rs 1269.05 per share.

The packaged foods company had earlier announced a stock split in the ratio of 10:2 in the face value of Rs 10 each.
"We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today, i.e. 12th August, 2025, has considered and approved the following: Sub-division/split of the 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up, into 5 (Five) equity shares, having face value of Rs. 2/- each (Rupees Two only) each, fully paid-up," the company said in its exchange filing," the company said in its BSE filing in August.
Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Stock Split Record Date
The company has fixed 12 December as the record date to determine the eligibility of its shareholders for the stock split. "The Board of Directors after due deliberation have decided that December 12, 2025 i.e. Friday will be the record date for the purpose of split of shares," stated the company in its press release.
How To Become Eligible For Stock Split?
To become eligible for stock split, investors are required to own the company shares on or before the record date, ie 12 December.
Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Share Price Trend
The company shares closed 1274.65 per share on BSE on Thursday. The stock had touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,974.65 per share on 5 December 2024. The stock had dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 1,201.05 per share on 7 May, 2025. The stock has a return on equity (RoE) of 10.6%. The stock valuation has declined over 22.23% year to date (YTD), whereas its value has declined over 33.45% in one year.
