Excel Industries Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of the company issued as on August 9, 2024, "This is to inform you that Thursday, 12th September, 2024 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Company who would be entitled for Final Dividend on Equity Share Capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24, if declared by the Members at the ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting."

Excel Industries Dividend: The BSE filing of Excel Industries dated May 24, 2024 stated, "Further, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.50/- (110%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2023-24, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company." The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the AGM. The date of AGM will be informed in due course.
Excel Industries Financials: The company for the quarter ended June 2024 announced its consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 264.90 crore as against Rs 214.28 crore announced in the corresponding quarter of last year. Its total income for the June 2024 quarter declared at Rs 276.20 crore as compared to Rs 223.59 crore in the similar quarter of last year. The company announced its net profit for June 2024 quarter at Rs 31.02 crore, up 428.45% from Rs 5.87 crore reported in the year ago period.
