"We would like to inform you that Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Friday, November 03, 2023, have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share having face value of Re.1 each. The record date for the payment of interim dividend would be Friday, November 17, 2023. Dividend shall be paid, or the dividend warrant shall be dispatched to the shareholders on or before Saturday, December 02, 2023," said Gabriel India in a stock exchange filing.

In the September 2023 quarter, the firm recorded revenue from operations of Rs. 864.45 crore, up 7.67% from Rs. 802.87 crore in the same quarter the previous year. Its net profit jumped by 28.41% from Rs. 36.57 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs. 46.95 crore in Q2FY24. Its EBITDA jumped by 26.32% from Rs. 62.05 crore in the same quarter last year to Rs. 78.38 crore in the quarter under review.

The stock has produced a multibagger return of 128 in the past year, and so far in 2023, it has gained 90.50% YTD. The scrip made a 52-week-high of Rs 366.05 on (09/11/2023) and a 52-week-low of Rs 129.50 on (28/03/2023). On Thursday, the shares of Gabriel India were trading on the BSE at Rs 360.65 apiece.

Taneja Aerospace and Aviation

The Board of Directors of the company have declared a 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.50/- i.e (30%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2023 - 24. "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date, i.e., November 13, 2023, for the purpose of payment of the 2nd Interim Dividend has been already intimated to the Exchange vide our earlier letter dt. October 25, 2023.

The Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before December 03, 2023," said Taneja Aerospace and Aviation in a stock exchange filing.

The firm experienced revenue from operations of Rs. 7.15 crore for the September 2023 quarter, which is a rise of 8.45% from Rs. 6.59 crore in the same quarter of FY23. In Q2FY24, the company's net profit was Rs. 2.67 crore, a 19.27% fall from Rs. 3.31 crore in Q2FY23. EBITDA declined by 4.81% to Rs. 4.95 crore in the quarter under review from Rs. 5.20 crore in the same quarter last year.

In the last 1 year the stock has gained 88% and on a YTD basis, the stock has generated a multibagger return of 116% so far in 2023. The stock reached a 52-week-high of Rs 319.00 on (23/08/2023) and a 52-week-low of Rs 100.00 on (26/12/2022). On Thursday, the shares of Taneja Aerospace and Aviation were trading on the BSE at Rs 246.45 apiece.
