Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of Rs. 7, after its board meeting on November 7. The company informed the stock exchange, "declared an interim dividend of Rs.7/- per equity share of the face value of Re.10/- each for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and fixed the Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend as 18 November 2022, and the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or from 28 November 2022."

On the other hand, QGO Finance also announced an interim dividend today and fixed the record date on November 16. "Declaration of Second Interim Dividend at 1% (One Percent) ie Rs. 0.1 per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the FY 2022-23. Further, it is hereby informed that Wednesday, November 16, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the Second Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23."

Its share price closed at Rs. 32.95 a piece on BSE, up by 2.97% in trade. In the last 1 month the company's share price gained by 7.86%, and in the past 6 months its share price surged by 37.29%.
