Hinduja Global Solution acquires the Canadian company On-Line Support
OLS is a contact centre provider servicing customers across media, telecom, technology and BFSI (banking and financial services) sectors, Hinduja Global said in a written statement.
OLS offers technical support, inbound and outbound sales and customer care services in English and French languages. The company has approximately 1,800 employees. OLS had revenue of C$ 63.4 million in 2010-11.
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) will now have 21,300 employees worldwide, post the acquisition, and its consolidated annual revenue will stand at USD 300 million on a run rate basis, the company said. It will now have presence in 42 countries with 25 languages.
