IL&FS Engineering shares surged more than 12% after the company announced the plans to raise funds.
Shares of the company were seen trading at Rs 68.70 higher by 12.35% on BSE at 1.25 pm IST. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 72.
IL&FS Engineering had reported standalone net loss of Rs 37.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30. The company's total income from operations rose to Rs 556.86 crore during the quarter, against Rs 453.31 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year.
