Rupee Opens Strong at 62.07 to the Dollar Business

The rupee opened the day strong at 62.07 to the dollar as against its previous close of 62.16 against the dollar. The currency saw gains on the back of global cues which remained strong.

Macro economic data including IIP and CPI inflation also bolstered sentiments for the rupee.
Dealers say the currency may continue to exhibit strength on the back of strong global cues. Check rupee rates here
