Shree Renuka Sugars surged more than 6 per cent on Friday after the company posted good Q4 numbers.

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 4.3 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to net loss of Rs 88.3 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.

The company's net sales declined to Rs 1,683.6 crore from Rs 1,859 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.

Total Income has decreased from Rs 18.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs 16.8 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

Finance cost remained lower at Rs 82.1 crore as against 106.6 crore in the said period. Its expenditure was lower at Rs 1,551.9 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2014-15 as against 1,797.2 crore in the same period previous year, reports PTI.

Shares of the Renuka Sugars was seen trading at Rs 11.97, higher by 6.02 per cent on BSE at 1.50 PM IST.
