Key domestic benchmark indices ended lower on Thursday. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade lower by 195.64 points to end at 25,860.17; Nifty ends at 7965.50 down by 67.80 points.

Shares of Oil India rose to hit fresh 52-week high on Thursday ahead of board meeting for bonus issue.

Oil India shares ended trade at Rs 439, higher by 2.86 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high and 52-week high of Rs 446 during trade.

Bannariamman Sugars

Shares of Bannariamman Sugars gained after the company reported Q2 total income up by 57.7 percent at Rs 588.2 crore against Rs 373 crore year on year.

Bannariamman Sugars shares ended trade at Rs 1,936, higher by 2.96 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 2,023 during trade.

Rallis India

Shares of Rallis India rose after the company signed agreement to increase stake in Zero Waste Agro - Organics to 100 percent.

Rallis India shares ended trade at Rs 195, higher by 3.34 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 196 during trade.

Reliance Capital said it was selling off its Radio and TV businesses, which would help the company reduce its debt by approximately Rs 1,900 crore (US$ 283 million) upon final completion of stake sale transactions.

Reliance capital shares ended trade at Rs 423, lower by 3.55 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day low of Rs 421 during trade.

The cement major has announced that the company has proposed to issue unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures amounting to Rs 400 crore on private placement basis.

Ultratech Cement shares ended trade at Rs 3,499, higher by 1.40 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 3504 during trade.
