Fasal Bima Yojana

Fasal Bima Yojana coverage will be increased to 40%. Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) is the crop damage insurance scheme that has been approved by the Union Cabinet in January 2016. The scheme will cover post-harvest losses and yield losses. It will also provide farm level assessment for localized calamities including hailstorms, unseasonal rains, landslides, and inundation.

Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna

Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna roads work accelerated to 133 km roads per day in 2016-17 as against 73 km per day during 2011-14.
