How to avail the Jio Digital Pack?

The Jio Digital Pack is only available for select customers. To know if you are eligible for it, check on the MyJio app. Additionally, it can only be availed by those that have already opted for a recharge plan. This was introduced as a surprise pack and is free of cost.

The criterion for Jio's choice of phone numbers that can avail these packs is unclear.

Jio Monsoon Hungama Offer

A while ago Jio had also introduced the 'Monsoon Hungama' offer that allows users to buy the new Jio Phone at Rs 501 in exchange for their old phones (2G, 3G or non-volte 4G).

The catch, however, is that one must avail the Rs 594 recharge pack along with the Jio Phone, which will make the total cost of the phone, Rs 1,095. The Rs 594 pack comes with 500 MB data, unlimited calls and SMS benefits for a period of 6 months.

You should note that the Rs 501 you pay for the phone is refundable after 3 years, making the phone "free" of cost.

Conditions for the Jio Monsoon Hungama Offer

• The phone to be exchanged has to be purchased by the user after 1 January 2015.
• "JioPhone or any CDMA or operator locked devices will not be accepted for exchange," as per Reliance Jio's statement.
• The phone has to be in working conditions with no damaged/missing/burnt parts.
