TCS is set to surpass DXC Technology Co and become the third-leading IT services company globally in Fy 2018-19. After making the change in the pecking order, the company will only lag behind IBM and Accenture.

After DXC declares its result on May 23, the clarity will come on the front, however, most analysts believe the fourth quarter revenue is unlikely to log required 5.06% sequential growth to be the No.3.

TCS for the quarter ended March 31, reported a 9.5% growth in new business to record a $20.91 billion revenue. For the first none monthly, the Indian IT company generated revenue of $15.52 billion i.e. more than the revenue generation of DXC of $15.47 billion.
