The online e-retailing giant Amazon will be launching a special two-day Prime Day deal exclusively for its 'Prime' customers and allow them to shop from over one million deals around the world.
The Prime day celebrations will begin at noon on 15 July (midnight in the US) and run for 48 hours, the longest ever. Exclusive online launches and in-store deals with limited time offers will be made available to its Prime members.

Amazon Prime members in the US, UK, Spain, Singapore, Japan, Italy, India, Germany, France, China, Canada, Australia and UAE will be able to access these deals.
This is the fifth time that Amazon has been conducting such a sale. In 2018, the Prime Day lasted for 36 hours, which was back then was the longest celebration of these deals.
It launched its first Prime Day in July of 2015 as a part of its 20th anniversary celebration. It is designed to replicate the "Black Friday" deals in the US.
It has been a strategy of the American company to boost sales and bring new subscribers to its "Prime" scheme.
