Godfrey Phillips Recommends Final Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Godfrey dated May 30, 2024, "Final Dividend of 2800% i.e. Rs. 56/- per equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM").
