A BSE 100-listed specialty chemicals company, SRF Limited, has announced its Q3 FY25 financial results with impressive growth in net profit , revenue nd other metrics.In addition, the company has declared an interim dividend, with the record date and payment details officially confirmed.
SRF Shares Surge After Strong Q3 Results
SRF shares witnessed a notable surge of 5.89%, closing at Rs.2,821.70 on January 29, 2025, following the announcement of its strong quarterly performance. In the Last Five Trading Sessions SRf shares have surge 8.3% while the stock saw a 25% growth this month.

SRF Declares Interim Dividend for FY25
SRF announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 29, 2025, approved an interim dividend of Rs.3.60 per share on the company's paid-up equity share capital.
As per the regulatory filing "We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th January, 2025 has declared interim dividend @ 36% i.e. Rs. 3.60 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, the 4 th February, 2025 which date has already been communicated to Exchanges by letter dated 23 rd January, 2025. The date of payment of interim dividend will be on or before Thursday, 27 th February, 2025. "
SRF's Q3 FY25 Financial Performance
SRF's latest financial results reflect robust growth across its business segments, due to strong demand in the specialty chemicals sector. The company's consolidated net profit grew by 6.96%, reaching Rs.271.08 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to the corresponding quarter in FY24.SRF reported a 5.85% increase in PBT, reaching ₹368.70 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹348.32 crore in the same period last year. EBIT Performance: Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) grew 16% YoY, standing at ₹529 crore in Q3 FY25, up from ₹457 crore in Q3 FY24. Total revenue from operations rose by 14.36% YoY to ₹3,491.31 crore, reflecting strong business momentum. The operating profit for the segment grew 13% YoY, reaching ₹364 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting higher demand and improved operational efficiency.
