The large cap 2-wheeler auto giant has announced 3000% interim dividend or Rs. 60 on 10th February, 2022 and the scrip for the same shall turn ex-dividend on February 21, 2022. So, investors who hold the scrip as on the record date i.e. February 22, 2022 will be entitled for this said dividend.
The company has a healthy dividend pay out with last year's dividend yield at 3.79%, considering the total dividend of Rs. 105 per share.
The company has also marked its entry into the fast catching up EV space and has formed a JV with Gogoro- a Taiwan based entity i.e. into EV manufacturing as well as the owner of the world's leading battery swapping network.
Hinduja Global:
The small cap company has announced 1:1 bonus share issuance and in respect of it the stock shall trade ex-bonus on February 22, 2022. After the bonus shares, with the issue of additional share, price of the share shall decrease to almost half. Last on February 18, 2022, the scrip of Hinduja Global settled at a price of Rs. 2671.9 per share. So, while the bonus shares issuance, will increase the holding of shares in the hands of investors, final value of these shares shall continue to be the same.
JBM Auto:
The small cap auto ancillaries will split in Face value from the previous face value of Rs. 5 to new face value of Rs. 2. The split date for the same is February 21, 2022.
Similar to bonus share issuance, though the shares will increase, the market cap as well as the value shall continue to be same.
The auto ancillaries firm is into manufacturing tools, moulds and dies. The company is operational in 3 segments majorly Sheet Metal Division (for manufacturing sheet metal components, assemblies, sub-assemblies), Tool Room Division (for manufacturing tools, dies and moulds) and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) division (for development and assembly of SPV).
