Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited, a large-cap company in the NBFC industry has announced an enormous reward for its shareholders in the form of free shares. Based on a Board meeting on November 28, 2025, Authum Investment & Infrastructure announced that, subject to shareholder approval, the Board has recommended issuing bonus shares through capitalization of reserves in a ratio of 4:1, or four new fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1/- each for every one fully paid-up equity share held by the eligible shareholders as of the Record Date.

"The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Shares will be intimated separately," said Authum Investment in a regulatory filing.
In order to support the upcoming bonus issue and the company's future expansion goals, the Board of Directors has approved a substantial increase in the Authorized Share Capital. The Authorised Share Capital would be increased from Rs 100 crore-comprising 58 crore equity shares of Rs 1 each and 4.2 crore preference shares of Rs 10 each-to Rs 128 crore, consisting of 86 crore equity shares of Rs 1 each and 4.2 crore preference shares of Rs 10 each. This increase in authorized capital will enable the company to issue additional equity, including the proposed bonus shares, and improve its capital structure.
The company has announced a substantial bonus issue, proposing to issue approximately 67,93,80,400 equity shares of Rs 1 each. As of September 30, 2025, the company's free reserves, securities premium account, and/or capital redemption reserve will be used for the funding of this bonus issuance. Following this step, the company's share capital will witness substantial growth. The pre-bonus paid-up capital is at 16,98,45,100 equity shares, amounting to Rs 16,98,45,100. Following the bonus, the capital will increase to 84,92,25,500 equity shares, representing Rs 84,92,25,500.
The corporation earmarked Rs 84,92,25,500 from its reserves and share premium for the implementation of the bonus issue. As of September 30, 2025, it maintains a solid Rs 8,880.02 crore in free reserves, securities premium, and the Capital Redemption Reserve, assuring sufficient resources for capitalization. In accordance with regulatory regulations, the corporation aims to credit or dispatch the bonus shares by January 26, 2026, at the latest.
Shareholders can expect the bonus shares to be credited directly to their respective demat accounts by the stipulated date, subject to the timely completion of all necessary approvals and procedural formalities, as per Authum Investment.
On Monday, 1st December, the shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd ended on the BSE at Rs 2641.05, whereas the market cap of the company reached Rs 44,856.94 Cr. With a current price of Rs 2,641.05, the stock is significantly closer to its 52-week high of Rs 3,308.00 recorded on October 13, 2025, than to its 52-week low of Rs 1,333.00 reached on February 28, 2025.
The stock has performed well in comparison to its 52-week range. At the current market price, the stock is up about 98% from its yearly low, demonstrating tremendous recovery and investor confidence throughout the period. It is still almost 20% below its 52-week high, though. Overall, the stock's present position shows a robust rising trend for the year, with continuous consolidation below its peak levels.

"Authum Investment stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 2810. A Daily close below support of 2616 could lead to a target of 2500 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent SEBI registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
