The company in a filing on March 6, 2022 said the company's board meet shall be held on March 14, 2022 for considering a proposal to declare interim dividend for Fy22. The record date for the board meet will be March 23, 2022.
RITES:
RITES, again a PSU, under the aegis of Indian Railways is a multi-disciplinary consultancy organization in the fields of transport, infrastructure and related technologies. The company as per the filing will again meet up on March 14, 2022 to declare third interim dividend for FY2022. Earlier the company declared Rs. 4 interim dividend for which the ex-date was November 24, 2021.
Rail Vikas:
This is as the company name suggests is a PSU concern i.e. in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshop among others. The company's board meet is scheduled for March 16, 2022 for considering and approving the interim dividend for Fy22.
Bharat Electronics:
Again a PSU concern from the defence space, the company's product line comprises state-of-the-art equipment in fields such as Defence Communication, Radars, Naval Systems, C4I Systems, Weapon Systems, Homeland Security, Telecom & Broadcast Systems, Electronic Warfare, Tank Electronics, Electro Optics, Professional Electronic Components and Solar Photovoltaic Systems, BEL also provides turnkey system solutions.
The company will meet up on March 17, 2022 for considering, interalia, declaration of second interim dividend for Fy22. Record date for the interim dividend is March 26, 2022 and earlier the company declared Rs. 1.5 per share dividend for which the stock turned ex-dividend on February 9, 2022.
