Abbott India Dividend: In a big boost for its company shareholders, Abbott India announced a bumper final dividend of Rs 475 for financial year 2024-25. The Mumbai-based subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories had registered a 28% year-on-year increase in its net profit to Rs 367 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25.
Abbott India shares rallied after bumper dividend announcement and healthy earnings. The company scrip closed marginally higher at Rs 30,525 per share on BSE on Friday. The company stock value has increased nearly 1% last week.

Abbott India's board of directors, in their meeting held on May 15, recommended payment of final dividend of Rs 475 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each. The dividend will be paid after approval from the shareholders of the company at its annual general meeting.
Abbott India Dividend Record Date
Abbott India dividend record date has been fixed as July 25, 2025 and the payment will be made in August this year.
"The Company has fixed Friday, July 25, 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders will be paid on or after Monday, August 18, 2025," stated Abbott India in its BSE filing on May 15.
Apart from recommending dividend and announcing Q4FY25 results, Abbott India also confirmed the appointment of M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates, Cost Accountants (Firm Registration No: 000240) as the cost auditors of the company for FY26.
Abbott India Q4 Result
Abbott India's net profit surged by 28% YoY to Rs 367 crore during the March quarter of previous financial year. Its revenue from operations stood at Rs 1604.6 crore, which is 11.5% higher than Rs 1438.6 crore reported in the same quarter of FY24. Abbott India's EBITDA jumped 30% annually to Rs 428.5 crore, which reflected strong cost control and higher volumes.
Company's operating margins also grew sharply to 26.7% from 22.9% during the year ago period. Improved operating margins indicate increase in profitability of the company during the quarter under review.

Abbott India stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 31,900 on 4 March, 2025. Months ago, the stock value touched its 52-week low mark of Rs 25,260.20 per share on 29 January, 2025.
THe stock value has increased nearly 1.8% year to date.Whereas, its value has increased nearly 15.13% in last one year.
