The IPO market in India is buzzing again, as a lot of activity will be seen in the first week of August 2025. With three new issues opening for subscription and six listings lined up on the BSE and NSE, the momentum is quite high. Companies across cement, real estate, infrastructure, financial services, and technology are gearing up to tap into strong investor demand. Below is the list of full upcoming IPOs from August 4th to 8th.
IPOs Opening Next Week
1. Knowledge Realty Trust REIT IPO
Opening the IPO week is Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, with a massive Rs. 4,800 crore fresh issue. The REIT will open for subscription on August 5th and close on August 7th. With a price band of Rs. 95 to Rs. 100 per share, this issue is expected to attract institutional and retail investors looking for stable income through commercial real estate exposure.

2. Highway Infrastructure IPO
Next is Highway Infrastructure, opening on the same dates as the REIT, from August 5 to 7, 2025. This Rs. 130 crore issue consists of both fresh shares and an offer for sale. With a price band of Rs. 65 to Rs. 70 per share, the company is looking to capitalise on India's growing road and highway construction momentum. The allotment will be finalised on August 8, with a tentative listing on August 12.
3. JSW Cement IPO
One of the most anticipated IPOs, JSW Cement, opens on August 7 and closes on August 11, 2025. The IPO is worth Rs. 3,600 crore and comprises a Rs. 1,600 crore fresh issue and a Rs. 2,000 crore offer for sale. Price bands are yet to be announced, but given JSW Group's track record, demand is expected to be strong.
IPOs Listing Next Week
1. Aditya Infotech IPO
Aditya Infotech's Rs. 1,300 crore IPO will debut on the exchanges on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The IPO was subscribed massively during July 29-31, with allotment completed on August 1. The issue was priced at Rs. 675 per share and is expected to see a strong debut.
2. Sri Lotus Developers IPO
The Sri Lotus Developers IPO, one of the most talked-about offerings, will list on Wednesday, August 6. This Rs. 792 crore issue saw a whopping 74x oversubscription, and with a grey market premium (GMP) of around ₹37, the listing price is expected to be near Rs. 187, offering potential gains of over 24%.
3. M&B Engineering IPO
Also listing on August 6 is M&B Engineering, which raised Rs. 650 crore via its book-built issue. The price band was set at Rs. 385 per share. With the allotment completed on August 4, the market is watching closely for its debut performance.
4. NSDL IPO
India's leading depository, NSDL, will list its Rs. 4,011.60 crore IPO on August 6, following allotment on August 4. The entire issue was an offer for sale priced at Rs. 800 per share.
5. PropShare Titania IPO
This premium-grade real estate investment opportunity will be listed on Monday, August 4, on the BSE. PropShare Titania IPO, priced between Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 10.6 lakh per unit, targets high-net-worth investors. Allotment was finalised on July 30, 2025, and the listing is expected tomorrow.
