875% Dividend Recommended: IT Software Co Declares 3.3% Decline In Net Profit

Mid cap IT software company, Sonata Software Ltd on Saturday declares its Q4 FY23 results. The company announced a 3.3% decline in net profit for Q4 FY23 on quarter-to-quarter basis (QoQ) to Rs 113.8 crore as against Rs 117.7 crore announced in October to December 2022 quarter. The company also recommended a final dividend of Rs 8.75/- per equity share. Check details below:

Q4 Results: Sonata Software declared its consolidated revenue at Rs 1,913.5 crore, 15.4 % down as against Rs 2260.8 crore announced in third quarter of financial year 2022-23. The IT software company declared 7% fall in its EBITDA at Rs 132.7 crore as against Rs 142.7 crore announced in the previous quarter.

Sonata Software Declares Dividend: According to the exchange filing of the company, "Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 8.75/- per Equity share (875% on par value Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended 31°%t March, 2023 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date of ensuing AGM. We shall inform you in due course the date on which the 28" Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held."
