9:5 Bonus Issue: Stock Under Rs 100 To Trade Ex-Bonus Soon, Hits Upper Circuit

The share price of small-cap SME company operating in the trading sector, Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Ltd touched the upper circuit Rs. 93.92 per share on Friday. Dhyaani Tile shares last closed 5% higher at Rs 93.92 per share. Dhyaani Tile stock saw a spurt in trading volume by more than 1.48 times.

The stock will trade ex-bonus in the ratio 9:5 on Thursday, December 7. The company had considered and approved the issue of 9 bonus shares for every 5 shares held as on the record date. In an exchange filing on November 23, 2023, "the company has fixed Thursday, 7th December, 2023 as the "Record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 9 (Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 (Five) existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each."

In the last one year, Dhyaani Tile and Marblez shares have gained 35.14%, while in this year so far the stock has increased 34.17%. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 14.28 crore.

Earlier in an exchange filing on October 17, the Ahmedabad-based company that the Board meeting has approved to change the company's name to Dhyaanii Artificial Intelligence Limited or Dhyyaani Artificial Intelligence Limited or "such other name applied for and is available & approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA); subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Extra-Ordinary General Meeting".
