The board's decision was confirmed through an official stock exchange filing dated April 30, 2025, where the company said, "The Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share on the face value of Re. 1/- per equity share and additionally a special dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share on the face value of Re. 1/- each."

Record Date and Payment Schedule
Coromandel International has fixed July 17 as the record date and ex-dividend date for identifying shareholders eligible to receive the Rs. 9 dividend. As per the Companies Act, 2013, the dividend payment will be completed by or before August 23, 2025. Investors should buy shares before July 17 to be eligible, since stocks bought on the record date may not settle in time due to T+1 settlement.
